Sandra lázadó természetű, fiatal olasz nő, aki egykor a testével kereste a kenyerét. A lány egyik nap meglepetésszerűen Párizsba utazik, hogy meglátogassa régi szeretőjét. Az egykori stricije, Miles befutott, sikeres üzletember. Sandra elárulja a férfinak, hogy a Távol-Keleten szeretné hasznosítani a tapasztalatait. Régi vágya, hogy egy éjszakai klubot nyisson Pekingben. Ehhez azonban pénzre van szüksége, nem is kevésre. Miközben Miles azon gondolkodik, hogy a válása után felújítja kapcsolatát Sandrával, a lány kétes drogüzletbe keveredik a férfi üzleti partnerével.
