A romlatlan Megan kénytelen a külvárosi prolisuliba járni, és ez darabokra töri a balettkarrierről szőtt álmait. De találkozik Thomasszal, a vagány hip-hop táncossal és haverjaival, akik egy eddig teljesen ismeretlen világot nyitnak meg előtte. Vajon sikerül a tapasztalatlan úrilánynak új barátai segítségével valóra váltania álmait? Ez minden zenés film nagy kérdése - most a választ minden táncfilmek anyja adja meg, de úgy, hogy a fal adja a másikat!
